With 7 Airwave years under her belt, Alison has over 15 years experience in the customer services industry and has enriched her skills with elements of marketing and training along the way.

Alison is an expert “sock-monkey” manufacturer and has distributed a plethora of cotton-based primates across the Airwave office. Having recently organised a series of 5k runs and abseiling exploits, she feels she’s in the midst of a mid-life crisis.
